About Dr. Anna Garber, ND
Dr. Anna Garber, HBSc, MSc, ND
Interests: Children's health, digestive concerns, low energy, high cholesterol, and blood sugar balance.
I’m passionate about all things related to children’s health. This passion developed when I became an aunt, and my entire world changed. I found so much reward in playing a role in a child’s growth and development, and I strive to do the same for other children. I love working with children and their families because shaping health and wellbeing early in life will help set a strong foundation for health in adulthood. It also allows me to exercise my youthful personality!
Throughout my 10 years of post-secondary education, I have been heavily involved in research and recognize the importance of consulting research when making recommendations to my patients. I believe every patient deserves to be informed about the benefits and potential side effects of their prescriptions, and my patients and I work together to build realistic treatment plans that align with their lifestyle, goals, and values. My clinical approach is to empower patients through education, and I value building upon small, realistic changes to ensure treatment plans are sustainable.
What you can expect from working with me: care, compassion, and a friendly, bubbly personality that actively listens to your concerns; a detailed and thorough holistic intake that is judgment-free; evidence-informed recommendations that are aligned with your goals and realistic for you to implement; and an explanation of the why and how of your treatment plan.
Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your health journey. I look forward to meeting you, your little ones, and working together towards your goals!
