BIOGRAPHY
Making changes to our habits can be challenging. Regardless of your motivation, oftentimes we struggle to know where to start and the business of life can get in the way. On top of this, we live in a world where we are bombarded with nutrition information — this can be overwhelming, inaccurate and conflicting leaving you feeling more confused than informed. With all these different rules of what we “should” be doing, we often lose touch with what truly makes us feel good and supports our overall health and wellbeing.
My approach as a nutritional practitioner is to find a way to incorporate healthy and sustainable habits that work for you — there is no one diet fits all. I want you to be educated and empowered, for you to truly understand WHY you’re making these habit changes. My goal is to provide you with accurate information and compassionate support to guide you along your own health journey. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring and I am here to show you that you can make supportive food choices without restriction, guilt or missing out. Together, we can develop strategies to get you more in tune with your body, feel confident in the food choices you’re making, and promote your overall health.
