BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Sam Clouthier, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with clinical focus in mental health/substance and menopause. She uses a combination of evidence-based vitamins, supplements, and herbs as well as counselling techniques and lifestyle changes to support her patients. She prides herself on taking an anti-oppressive approach to health care and making her office a safe space for everyone. She is an advocate for the Health At Every Size framework and is anti-diet culture. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, volunteering, and drinking way too much coffee.
