Individualized care to meet your needs
During your initial appointment we will get an understanding of what your health goals are. From there we will create a comprehensive treatment plan that suits your needs. Generally, we incorporate diet and lifestyle counselling, vitamins/supplements, and sometimes an acupuncture or cupping protocol. Our services are covered by most extended health plans and we offer direct billing for most insurance companies.

How visits work
Free consult
A free 15-minute consult allows for you to get to know us and for us to hear about your concerns and goals. We can tell you about what we can offer you and you can decide if we are a good fit to support you.
Initial visit
An initial 90-minute visit allows for your naturopathic doctor to hear your full story and learn about the extent of your concerns. During this visit we may requisition lab work (blood tests) or do relevant physical exams to help us get a better picture of your health.
Follow ups
Follow-ups are an essential part of restoring health. Here we can implement acupuncture protocols, monitor symptoms and progress, and modify your treatment plan as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: kindly provide us with 48 hours of notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows and late cancellations will be billed for the full visit fee.

Sliding Scale Prices
The sliding scale tier you fall within is based on either your life circumstances or your income. Please feel free to choose the tier that you identify most with. The naturopathic doctors and/or receptionists will never ask you to provide proof.
Tier 1
Circumstances: I may worry about meeting my basic needs, but regularly achieve them. I have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs. I am employed at a stable job. I rent stable housing. I have access to some savings and have some expendable income. I am able to buy some new items and I thrift others.
Tier 2
Circumstances: I worry about meeting my basic needs, but still regularly achieve them. I have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs. I am employed. I rent relatively stable housing. I do not have access to significant financial savings or expendable income. I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them.
Tier 3
Circumstances: I frequently worry about meeting basic needs and don’t always achieve them. I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting my basic needs. I have no access to savings. I am unemployed or underemployed. I rent unstable housing, or am currently seeking housing.
